ABOUT SARAH
Sarah works as both a student and teacher of movement, the body, and the breath by way of massage therapy and yoga. She has 400 hours of RYS certified training in Vinyasa and Rocket Yoga and has been teaching as a yoga instructor since 2019. She has taught both publicly and privately at gyms, studios, luxury apartment complexes, as well as in company settings across NYC. She completed her associate's degree in Massage Therapy at Pacific College of Health and Science where she completed over 1,000 hours of study. As of October 2024, she is a licensed massage therapist in New York State and has her own private practice. Sarah also works a few days a week offering massage in Williamsburg, partnering with Skin by Rachel.
Prior to studying yoga and massage, Sarah received a BFA from Pace University in Acting for Film, Television, Voiceovers, and Commercials. While in school she studied many forms of body work including the Lucid Body Technique, Allan Wayne Technique, and Klein Technique, all of which focus on unleashing the true self, connecting to different pulses of flow in the body, and understanding the body as an integral whole to maximize the full function of each individualβs unique movement potential.
